Awesome deal on the hot tub with canopy and delivery for Miami. We mainly got it for cold water therapy, but we’ll definitely use it hot sometimes too. Setting it up was a breeze, and it’s a decent size. It fits 3 people comfortably, but 4 might be a squeeze. Delivery was quick with UPS, and they even called me since my son, being a typical teenager, was still snoozing in bed until lunchtime. The canopy came separately, but I’m really glad we opted for it; it adds some privacy to our terraced house. The ordering process was smooth, and I’d totally recommend 123 Pools.

I put down a fair amount for a 6.6KW air-source heat pump. Had a bit of a puzzle getting it hooked up to our pool, but after some digging and quick responses from Nick on their chat (even on a Sunday morning!), I managed to get it running. It's doing an awesome job warming up our 18-foot above-ground pool without racking up the electric bills. I'd definitely recommend it; super helpful and the delivery was quick too.

I'm really happy with my buy from 123 Pools, but I did notice that their communication post-purchase was a bit lacking, and I had to follow up to get tracking info. I'd definitely consider shopping with them again for future needs.

I had a great experience with my heat pump order. There was a hiccup with the delivery from the courier. But 123 jumped right on it, and just as they were sorting it out, the package showed up.

This company oughta be named first-class pools. Their service advice was totally unbiased. Super helpful, really polite, and right on the money with their guidance, especially the politeness. I’d definitely choose this company first.

Fantastic assistance when we were confused about which chlorine tablets to get. We had previously purchased some from China that were terrible, and we needed to figure out the right size for the tablets. Thankfully, there’s an online chat feature that was just awesome—super helpful and gave us great advice!

I ordered a solar pool heater bag online. Sadly, the product had a defect from the manufacturer. Just shot them an email with a pic, and they sent me a replacement right away. No fuss or trouble at all. Really great service!

What a horrible experience with my order. I placed an order for a pump more than two weeks back, and they promised it would arrive within a week. I've sent two emails in the past week, but no one has responded. Still waiting on that pump and any kind of reply.

My order was handled super quickly, and I got an email from the company on the same day I placed it, letting me know the heat pump was on its way. There was a little bump in the road with the delivery, but it wasn’t the company’s fault at all. When I reached out to them, I got a bunch of polite and helpful emails about their efforts to resolve the delivery issue. As luck would have it, the pump arrived a couple of days later without any problems. Living in a remote part of the Scottish Highlands, it’s been a real treat to find a company that delivers to us at no extra cost and genuinely cares about its customers.
